Furniture and equipment items are dispatched from different warehouses located in QLD and NSW.
We don't accept returns on furniture and equipment items so please ensure the right item has been bought. No change of minds are accepted.
Damages and issues
It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect the order upon arrival to ensure no damages have taken place. We must be notified immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send us an email at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au explaining what the damage or issue is and don't forget to attach photos of the products.

Shipping Charges:
Delivery fees are past at cost and to be paid via Bank Transfer.
Transit Insurance
Goods will not be insured unless requested by the customer.
Additional delivery fee’s
If you are not present for delivery or are not able to accept the delivery when the goods arrive a redelivery fee of $77 including GST may be payable.
Freight Charges
Freight is charged at cost and is a liability for the business, every effort is made to keep freight costs to a minimum and we are always looking for the most reasonable rates while using quality companies. You are more then welcome to organise your own freight, we are more than happy to provide you with the packing sizes and weights once your order is confirmed.
Returns
Returns are accepted and naturally conditions apply. We deal with all returns as soon as possible and are bound by the constraints of the various couriers we use, please bear this in mind in the unlikely event you will need to return a product.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is damaged or faulty and needs to be returned we will organise a courier or representative to collect and return the item unless it can be repaired or suitable compensation can be reached. This will be at our cost and no fee’s or charges will be incurred unless there is a packing fee by the courier. Please ensure all returns are in the origional packaging and sealed ready for collection.
Change of Mind/Not Suitable
We ask you check the website for all information on items and ensure they are suitable for the task and will fit in your space.
In the event a return needs to be made, you will be responsible for the freight cost of the return (this can be more than the cost to have it delivered and we are bound by the various couriers we use). There will also be a 15% re-stocking fee* for the warehouse team to check/inspect the goods and put them back into stock.
