Ruben (professionally known as BROW DADDY) has been mastering his Signature Ombre Powder Brow Technique, as well as Nano, Combination and Brow Lamination Techniques for several years. Originally training in Germany, he sought to expand his network and relocated to the United States where he carved out a place for himself in the beauty industry.
