We don't accept returns on furniture and equipment items so please ensure the right item has been bought. No change of minds are accepted.

Damages and issues

It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect the order upon arrival to ensure no damages have taken place. We must be notified immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The Sienna Treatment Bed in our luxury line that is ideal for cosmetic tattoo, massage treatments and all types of body and skin treatments. This treatment bed is a stylish and practical addition to any beauty treatment room.

The Sienna Bed is upholstered in medical grade vinyl and also features a removable head rest with face hole. The bed comes fitted with 2 motors and a hand-held remote control which allows easy adjustment of the back and height. LED Lighting illumianates the beauty room ceating a beautiful ambient feel.

      Transit Insurance

      Goods will not be insured unless requested by the customer. 

      Additional delivery fee’s

      If you are not present for delivery or are not able to accept the delivery when the goods arrive, a redelivery fee of $77 may be payable. 

      Faulty or Damaged Goods

      Upon delivery, please inspect your order and notify us within 48 hours if any issues arise. We will arrange for a courier to pick up and return damaged or faulty items at our expense unless it can be repaired. Ensure all returns are in their original packaging and properly sealed.

      Change of Mind/Not Suitable

      Confirm items are appropriate and will fit required space. Should returns be necessary, freight cost and a 15% re-stocking fee for inspection and restocking will apply.
