Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes, we offer Free Express Shipping within Australia on orders above $149 (AUD) via Australia Post (Excl Furniture and Equipment).

What are your shipping costs if I order less than $149?

If your order is under $149, the freight charges are $9.99 for Standard Service and $14.99 for Express Service via Australia Post. You can choose your preferred freight option at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping on salon furniture and equipment?

The free shipping offer EXCLUDES bulky and heavy items such as FURNITURE and EQUIPMENT (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page).

The freight charges on furniture and equipment are quoted once the order is received (or prior if requested) and is passed at cost.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all beauty supplies from our warehouse located in Adelaide CBD.

Furniture and Equipment are shipped from QLD or NSW.

International Orders

Do you offer free shipping on International orders?

Yes, we offer free express shipping on orders above $250 (AUD) via Express.

How much is the freight charge on international orders?

The freight charge is determined by weight and destination and it will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

We use DHL Express so we can ship to all countries that DHL operates in.

Returns Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

You can return your product but we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I process a return request?

First, the return must be accepted by us so please do not send the item back prior to receiving written confirmation from us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

<3>Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send us an email at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au explaining what the damage or issue is and don't forget to attach photos of the products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return the unwanted item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. RefectoCil Brow and Lash Sensitive Tint Kit

RefectoCil Sensitive Starter Kit includes all 3 colours and accessories, that are necessary for tinting with RefectoCil Sensitive range!

        RefectoCil Sensitive tints MUST be used with Sensitive Developer Gel. They cannot be used with the regular cream or liquid oxidant.

        Tips for an even more intense tinting result with RefectoCil Sensitive.

        • Lashes and brows must be oil free before tinting. Use RefectoCil non oily Micellar Eye Make-up Remover, even if the client wears no make-up
        • Make sure, that lashes and brows are dry before tinting. In case of doubt, dry them with a tissue after removing eye make-up
        • Always remove the Colour- and Developer gel with a dry cotton swab. No water!
        • Before applying Developer gel, make sure that Colour gel is removed completely. Any leftovers could affect the tinting process negatively
        • When applying Developer gel, always make sure that the colour of the gel is clear when applied to lashes or brows
        • After removing the Colour gel, wait 5 minutes until the hair has completely dried before continuing with step 2

        Frequently Asked Questions:

        Can I use RefectoCil Sensitive on pregnant women?

        Generally we do not see any problems using our RefectoCil Sensitive tints while being pregnant. We have no information about any negative effects after using the sensitive tints during pregnancy, but please note that we did not conduct any special studies with pregnant women. Further, as a manufacturing company we don't have the necessary medical knowledge and we therefore can’t give any medical advices. Therefore we would recommend advising talking to a doctor before usage.

        How do I apply RefectoCil Sensitive?

        The Colour gel and Developer gel are not mixed but applied one after the other. Here you can find the Sensitive application.

        I have unintentionally stained the skin with RefectoCil Sensitive. What can I do?

        You can remove stains that developed during tinting with RefectoCil Sensitive easily and quickly with RefectoCil Sensitive Tint Remover. Tip: The quicker the stain is treated the easier its removal. Attention: Stains that developed during tinting with RefectoCil Sensitive, can only be removed with RefectoCil Sensitive Tint Remover.

        The Sensitive range of RefectoCil tints is herbal-based and plant-extract infused, ideal for those with sensitive eyes.
