Damages and issues
It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect the order upon arrival to ensure no damages have taken place. We must be notified immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A redelivery fee of $77 (including GST) may be charged if you or your representative are not present or unable to accept delivery when goods arrive at the scheduled time.
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, Luna Beauty Supplies will arrange for a courier or representative to collect and return the item. Alternatively, we may offer repair solutions or suitable compensation. Please ensure all returns are in their original packaging and securely sealed for collection.
