Furniture and equipment items are dispatched from different warehouses located in QLD and NSW.
We don't accept returns on furniture and equipment items so please ensure the right item has been bought. No change of minds are accepted.
Damages and issues
It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect the order upon arrival to ensure no damages have taken place. We must be notified immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping to Australian Capital Cities and surroundings will incur a shipping fee at checkout. Additional costs for Regional and Rural centres may apply. Transit Insurance
Goods will not be insured unless requested by the customer.
Returns
No returns can be accepted for goods which have been ordered and manufactured per customer specifications. All other goods returned for credit will be subject to a 15% handling fee with the exception of goods incorrectly supplied by us or goods which are subject to the warranty set out below.
Please note: We will not refund or exchange due to incorrect choice.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused in transit and any such damage is at the customer’s expense.
Change of Mind/Not Suitable
We ask you check the website for all information on items and ensure they are suitable for the task and will fit in your space.
Warranty:
1. The Company reserves the rights to either replace free of charge or repair any goods proved to be of defective manufacture, provided that the cost of returning and re-delivering the goods will be at the Customers expense. Warranty is limited to 12 months from date of purchase.
2. The Sellers liability shall be limited to the obligation to supply free of charge or repair products proved to have been defective in quality or workmanship at the time of delivery. In no event shall the Seller be liable for consequential damage or for claims for labour.
3. All goods are sold ex-warehouse. The Seller cannot be held liable for damages in transit.
4. No warranty is given as to the condition or performance of any goods. In particular, no such warranty is given in respect of damage or loss sustained to goods arising from faulty assembly or fitting.
