Furniture and equipment items are dispatched from different warehouses located in QLD and NSW.
Returns Policy
Can I return a product that I purchased?
We don't accept returns on furniture and equipment items so please ensure the right item has been bought. No change of minds are accepted.
Damages and issues
It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect the order upon arrival to ensure no damages have taken place. We must be notified immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Karma Hamilton - Part Electric Bed is an ideal selection for beauty salons and spas. This bed cleverly combines functionality and aesthetics, boasting an electric height adjustment, manual back and leg sections, face hole and removable armrests. The hand control enables effortless height adjustment, with whisper-quiet and smooth operation.
The back and leg sections are adjustable to any position, and can be locked in place. With Antimicrobial Germ resistant, fire retardant Vinyl and high-density foam, it's a bed that's designed to last.

Transit Insurance
Goods will not be insured unless requested by the customer.
Additional delivery fee’s
If you are not present for delivery or are not able to accept the delivery when the goods arrive, a redelivery fee of $77 may be payable.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and notify us within 48 hours if any issues arise. We will arrange for a courier to pick up and return damaged or faulty items at our expense unless it can be repaired. Ensure all returns are in their original packaging and properly sealed.
Change of Mind/Not Suitable
Confirm items are appropriate and will fit required space. Should returns be necessary, freight cost and a 15% re-stocking fee for inspection and restocking will apply.
