If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au.
Splintering edges, wax seeping through fragile wood, and cross-contamination risks slow down rapid treatment turnarounds. When you are performing high-volume brow sculpts and delicate facial waxing, you need precision wood applicators that hold up to firm pressure without snapping or fraying against sensitive client skin.
The Caronlab Small Icy Poles Spatulas are professional-grade wooden wax applicators specifically engineered to provide a hygienic, splinter-free, single-use application for both hard and strip waxes across small treatment areas like the brows, lip, and chin.
Optimise your treatment stations by pairing these applicators with our premium All Waxes, stock up on essential hygiene disposables via Spatulas and Disposables, and keep cross-contamination protocols watertight with our clinical Hygiene & infection control range.
Load the spatula tip by dipping no more than one-third of the wood surface into the wax reservoir, scraping the underside against the heater collar. For precise brow borders, position the spatula at a 45-degree angle to lay down a smooth wax strip with a clean edge. For hot wax, leave a rounded lip along the edge for painless removal. Immediately dispose of the spatula after a single contact stroke—never double-dip.
Keep these spatulas stored in a clean, covered acrylic organiser or sealed container on your salon trolley to prevent airborne dust, hair, or chemical spray settling on the porous wood. Discard immediately into standard general trade waste after use.
Yes. At approximately 1.0 cm wide, they provide the exact profile needed to carve precise margins underneath the brow arch without bleeding product into the orbital hair. For ultra-fine detailing, turn the spatula onto its rounded side edge to apply micro-beads of wax.
No. Caronlab manufactures these from high-density, kiln-dried birchwood that resists splitting, splintering, and warping, even under the firm down-pressure required to apply thick, low-temperature hard waxes.
Under Australian Public Health Guidelines for personal appearance services, double-dipping a wooden spatula into a communal wax pot is strictly prohibited due to cross-infection risks (such as transferring Staphylococcus or blood-borne pathogens). Every stroke requires a fresh disposable spatula, making this 500-pack format essential for compliant daily turnover.
No. Wood is an organic, porous material that absorbs moisture, oils, and chemical solutions, rendering it impossible to disinfect or sterilise effectively. These spatulas are strictly single-use disposables designed to be discarded immediately after contact with skin.
