Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes, we offer Free Express Shipping within Australia on orders above $149 (AUD) via Australia Post (Excl Furniture and Equipment).

What are your shipping costs if I order less than $149?

If your order is under $149, the freight charges are $9.99 for Standard Service and $14.99 for Express Service via Australia Post. You can choose your preferred freight option at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping on salon furniture and equipment?

The free shipping offer EXCLUDES bulky and heavy items such as FURNITURE and EQUIPMENT (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page).

The freight charges on furniture and equipment are quoted once the order is received (or prior if requested) and is passed at cost.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all beauty supplies from our warehouse located in Adelaide CBD.

Furniture and Equipment are shipped from QLD or NSW.

Do you offer free shipping on International orders?

Yes, we offer free express shipping on orders above $250 (AUD) via Express.

How much is the freight charge on international orders?

The freight charge is determined by weight and destination and it will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

We use DHL Express so we can ship to all countries that DHL operates in.

Returns Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

You can return your product but we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I process a return request?

First, the return must be accepted by us so please do not send the item back prior to receiving written confirmation from us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Can I scrub my skin before applying a tint?

No, when scrubbing the eyebrows, the upper layer of the skin (epidermis) is partially damaged. As a result burning and redness may occur during the tinting.

What is the skin and hair tinting result?

The Smart Brow Tinting System (SBTS) guarantees long-lasting tinting of the skin for up to 14 days and for the hairs for up to 30 days. This depends on the skin type and the hair structure.

Is it possible to cover a permanent make-up procedure with Elan SBTS?

Yes, you can use these products to cover your PMU. The eyebrows will have an intense colour.

Can Elan Gel Tints and ELAN SBTS be mixed with each other?

No, they can't be mixed with each other as they are two independent tinting systems that have different compositions with different working principles.

Can the boosters be mixed with products other than the new SBTS?

Yes, the eyebrow tint colour booster can be used with any tinting system.

Is there a separate oxidant for boosters?

Only the oxidizing emulsion 3% from the Smart Brow Tinting System can be used for the Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster. The booster with the oxidizing emulsion is used in a 1:1 ratio for neutralizing unwanted colour only.

What is the booster?

What is the percentage in the oxidizing emulsion?

The percentage of the Oxidizing Emulsion Smart Brow Tinting System is 3%. The volume of one bottle is enough for the volume of one tube of the Deep Brow Tint.

What alkali is used in the SBTS?

The Smart Brow Tinting System is based on the innovative DMAMP ULTRA PC alkali. This is a revolutionary agent that reduces the possible risk of allergic reactions. It was the incorporation of alkali that made the formula possible to achieve a neutral pH.

What is the difference between Smart Brow Tinting System and Elan Professional Gel Tints?

The tint does not contain ammonia and ethanolamine reducing the risk of an allergic reaction. The pH of the tinting mixture 07 Deep Brown is the firsts brow tint with neutral pH that does not damage the hairs or dry the skin.
