We do not accept returns on furniture and equipment. Please ensure you double-check all dimensions, specifications, and colour choices prior to checking out. Made-to-order items are also not refundable.

We strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for a change of mind under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

If you experience a manufacturing or mechanical fault with your equipment, please email us with your proof of purchase and a video of the fault. We will gladly liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to help facilitate your warranty claim.
