Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes, we offer Free Express Shipping within Australia on orders above $149 (AUD) via Australia Post (Excl Furniture and Equipment).

What are your shipping costs if I order less than $149?

If your order is under $149, the freight charges are $9.99 for Standard Service and $14.99 for Express Service via Australia Post. You can choose your preferred freight option at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping on salon furniture and equipment?

The free shipping offer EXCLUDES bulky and heavy items such as FURNITURE and EQUIPMENT (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page).

The freight charges on furniture and equipment are quoted once the order is received (or prior if requested) and is passed at cost.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all beauty supplies from our warehouse located in Adelaide CBD.

Furniture and Equipment are shipped from QLD or NSW.

International Orders

Do you offer free shipping on International orders?

Yes, we offer free express shipping on orders above $250 (AUD) via Express.

How much is the freight charge on international orders?

The freight charge is determined by weight and destination and it will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

We use DHL Express so we can ship to all countries that DHL operates in.

Returns Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

You can return your product but we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I process a return request?

First, the return must be accepted by us so please do not send the item back prior to receiving written confirmation from us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

<3>Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.


The fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return the unwanted item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.   • Pre-Procedure: Helps minimise irritation and dryness, it is recommended providing the client with MicroBalm 5.5 Scalp to use one week prior to the SMP procedure (apply daily 1-2 times)
  • Inmmediately Pre-Procedure: Apply a thin layer to the scalp area for five to 10 minutes, then remove with MicroTonic. This prepares the skin for optimal pigment deposition
  • Post-Procedure: Provide 1-3 pillow packs per SMP session depending on the size of the area. We recommend opening a new pack every 72 hours
  • Gently cleanse the area with MicroTonic at 24 hours post-procedure, then apply a thin coat of MicroBalm 5.5 Scalp to the entire area
  • After the 72-hour period, cleanse as directed and apply balm twice daily. Never apply balm without cleansing first
  • After 72 hours, cleanse once to twice daily with MicroTonic and follow with a light coat of MicroBalm 5.5 Scalp for the remainder of the healing period
  • Do not apply any ointments for 6-24 hours following the procedure. This window is necessary to foster natural wound healing. All that is required is gentle cleansing/ bathing scalp with MicroTonic during this time.
  • Every Day Use: Recommended to use with clean hands applying a thin coat to the affected area 1-2 daily for 7-21 days
  • Long Term Use : Effective for enhancing, hydrating and promoting scalp health
  • Patch Test: It is good practice to ‘spot-test’ before using on a fresh tattoo.
  • Wash hands thoroughly before each use, and do not share salves.  Use a cotton swab to apply, without double-dipping. Keep lid closed tightly when not in use and away from sunlight
