Because this corrector contains heavy inorganic Titanium Dioxide (TiO2), it is CRITICAL that you vigorously shake the bottle for at least 60 seconds before decanting to fully homogenise the pigment load with the carrier fluid. Do not dilute this formulation with water or saline, as it will fracture the suspension and cause the TiO2 to separate in the ink cup. To adjust for a sheerer wash over faded orange, exclusively use Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solutions. Store in a temperature-controlled cabinet to preserve the 12-month opened shelf life.

Technical FAQ: Correction, Mixing & Troubleshooting

Should I tattoo the Olive Corrector first, or mix it into my target brown? ▼

For heavily saturated red or bright orange brows, you must layer the Olive Corrector directly into the tissue first. Perform a light, sheer pass over the old tattoo to visually neutralise the warmth on the skin, then proceed with your target brown. If the old tattoo is extremely faded and only slightly warm, you can add 1-2 drops of Olive directly into your target brown pigment cup to cool the mass tone before implantation.

Why does this corrector contain Titanium Dioxide (TiO2)? ▼

Titanium Dioxide is a heavy, inorganic white pigment used to create opacity. When correcting an old, solid red brow, a translucent green toner will simply mix with the red, failing to hide it. The TiO2 in this Olive Corrector provides the necessary dense coverage to physically blanket and block out the underlying degraded ink, allowing your new target colour to heal true.

Why is the pigment thick and separating in the bottle? ▼

Because Titanium Dioxide particles are heavier than organic colourants, they naturally settle at the bottom of the bottle when resting. This is a normal chemical characteristic of high-opacity correctors. You must shake the bottle vigorously for a full 60 seconds before every single use to properly resuspend the TiO2 within the carrier fluid for a smooth, homogenous flow.
