Achieving a flawless aquarelle lip blush without over-saturating delicate mucosal tissue is a constant clinical balancing act. For cosmetic tattooists, relying on dense, heavy formulations to create sheer tints often leads to uneven healing, extensive trauma, and unpredictable polymerisation across varied Fitzpatrick profiles.
The Perma Blend Royal Red Lip Pigment is a professional-grade PMU lip pigment specifically engineered to deliver a sheer, highly pigmented red finish with low opacity. Formulated to implant smoothly into the dermal layer without heavy saturation, this pigment allows for effortless layering and precise viscosity control. It ensures predictable, translucent healing, reducing procedural swelling and guaranteeing a natural watercolour effect that clients demand.
Building a versatile sheer lip palette is essential for a high-performing clinic. Pair this low-opacity staple with our broader range of Perma Blend PMU Pigments, or contrast your trolley's capabilities with pre-modified Tina Davies PMU Pigments and precision-crafted Monica Ivani PMU Pigment.
With low-opacity formulas like Royal Red, colour density is achieved through meticulous layering rather than forcing a heavy pigment load in a single pass. Utilise a sweeping or pendulum shading technique to build sheer, overlapping layers of colour. This ensures a beautifully translucent aquarelle finish without traumatising the mucosal tissue.
No. You must exclusively use a professional thinning agent like Perma Blend Thin Shading Solution. Adding distilled water or saline will permanently shatter the pigment's chemical suspension, leading to unpredictable, patchy fading and poor long-term dermal retention.
Organic and inorganic pigment blends can separate from their carrier fluids during longer lip procedures (exceeding 60-90 minutes). Always shake the bottle vigorously for a full minute before your initial pour, and use a sterile micro-brush to gently stir the pigment ring periodically throughout the treatment to maintain a homogenous viscosity.
