You can return your product, but we have a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
First, the return must be accepted by us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au.
If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (at your cost), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: The only official channel for submitting a damage or fault claim is via email. We do not accept or process claims through phone, Instagram or other social media messaging.
To submit your claim, please send us an email at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au explaining what the damage or issue is, and don't forget to attach clear photos of the products and packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.
The fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return the unwanted item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au.
Transitioning from flat latex mats to a real human face is the most intimidating jump for any new artist. On a flat surface, you don't have to navigate a protruding nose, a deep eye socket, or the curvature of a brow bone—but in the salon, these angles dictate your success. If you can't stabilise your hand against natural facial contours, your results will suffer.
The 5D Realistic Practice Mannequin Head is a high-density silicone training tool designed to simulate human facial topography and skin resistance. It allows PMU artists and Lash Technicians to master depth control, hand positioning, and mapping on a lifelike 3D canvas before working on live models.
For PMU Artists: One of the hardest skills to master is stretching the skin effectively while maintaining your anchor. This head has enough "give" that you can practice your three-point stretch.
Pro Tip: If you are struggling to remove practice pigment, try using a small amount of olive oil or baby oil on a cotton round, followed by isopropyl alcohol. This breaks down the pigment binder better than water alone.
For Lash Technicians: This head is vital for practicing taping methods. The silicone skin holds medical tape and gel pads securely, allowing you to practice "taping back" layers for volume sets.
Pro Tip: Apply a strip of practice lashes to the lash line to begin. Since the eyes are permanently closed, this is strictly for practicing isolation, direction, and fan placement on the natural lash strip.
Ensure you have the right Pigments for practice (don't waste your premium ink!) and a sturdy workspace setup.
