If your order is under $149, the freight charges are $9.99 for Standard Service and $14.99 for Express Service via Australia Post. You can choose your preferred freight option at checkout.

We ship all beauty supplies from our warehouse located in North Adelaide (SA).

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders above $250 (AUD).

Returns Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

You can return your product, but we have a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I process a return request?

First, the return must be accepted by us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (at your cost), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: The only official channel for submitting a damage or fault claim is via email. We do not accept or process claims through phone, Instagram or other social media messaging.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How can I achieve evenly bleached brows?

To achieve an even result, the brows have to be completely covered with the paste from root to tip. There shouldn’t be any hair left visible. Apply Blonde Brow also against the direction of hair growth to make sure each hair is covered.

What is the application time for Blonde Brow?

  • 5-20 minutes, depending on the desired lightning effect.
  • 5 minutes: to go one shade lighter
  • 12 minutes: to go two shades lighter
  • 20 minutes: to go three shades lighter
  • If you are feeling insecure, occasionally remove some of the paste from the end of the brow to check the lightning effect.

After bleaching a light reddishness has developed. What can I do?

Tint with a mix of RefectoCil No. 3.1 light brown and No. 1.1 graphite (ratio 1:1). Apply to the brows and leave on for 1-3 minutes. If you leave the paste on longer, the brows can get too dark fast because after bleaching the hair absorbs the tint quicker than usual.

Why should I use Blonde Brow and not conventional bleaching products for the brows?

Blonde Brow has been designed especially for the sensitive eye-area and can therefore be used without concern on the brows. It causes less reddishness than conventional bleaching products and provides natural results.


Why should I lighten up brows?

With Blonde Brow you can not only achieve naturally blonde brows but it also enables tinting dark brows in light hues. Besides it also helps with tinting grey or bristle eyebrows.

Is it possible to bleach tinted hair?

Only untreated hair should be bleached. Bleaching after tinting can cause unwanted colour results.


How to use:

STEP 1: Preparation

STEP 2: Mix & Apply

  • Mix 2cm paste + 20-25 drops RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant cream. Apply to the eyebrows.

STEP 3: Application time

  • Application time: depending on the desired lightning effect: 5-20 minutes
    •  5 minutes: one shade lighter
    • 12 minutes: two shades lighter
    • 20 minutes: three shades lighter

STEP 4: Ready!

  • Remove bleaching paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover
  • Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.

Tips & Tricks

  • If RefectoCil Blonde Brow has been previously used, the application time is shortened by 1-5 minutes, with RefectoCil Eyelash Curl it’s shortened to 2 minutes
  • Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting
