Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes, we offer Free Express Shipping within Australia on orders above $149 (AUD) via Australia Post (Excl Furniture and Equipment).

What are your shipping costs if I order less than $149?

If your order is under $149, the freight charges are $9.99 for Standard Service and $14.99 for Express Service via Australia Post. You can choose your preferred freight option at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping on salon furniture and equipment?

The free shipping offer EXCLUDES bulky and heavy items such as FURNITURE and EQUIPMENT (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page).

The freight charges on furniture and equipment are quoted once the order is received (or prior if requested) and is passed at cost.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all beauty supplies from our warehouse located in Adelaide CBD.

Furniture and Equipment are shipped from QLD or NSW.

International Orders

Do you offer free shipping on International orders?

Yes, we offer free express shipping on orders above $250 (AUD) via Express.

How much is the freight charge on international orders?

The freight charge is determined by weight and destination and it will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

We use DHL Express so we can ship to all countries that DHL operates in.

Returns Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

You can return your product but we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I process a return request?

First, the return must be accepted by us so please do not send the item back prior to receiving written confirmation from us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.

The fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return the unwanted item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Custom colours can be ordered and an approximate lead time of 8 weeks is required.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

    • How is the Hair Spa delivered?

    You will receive 2 packages. The main one weighs about 70 kgs and it comes in a large crate. The second one is a small box (7kgs) containing the steamer and the splash hood. They are delivered at different times by different freight services as one package is bulk and the other is a parcel.

    Carton 1: 212 x 82 x 91cm - 70kgs & Carton 2: 64 x 58 x 63cm - 6kgs

    • How long does it take to clean the unit between clients?

    Normally it takes around 10 minutes to sanitise the unit in between appointments. You will need to let a solution run through it for 5 minutes or so. 

    • How to use the complimentary steamer? 

    Fill the steamer unit with water and put the lid on. Then connect it to the clear tube and it will put steam into the basin. Easy peasy!

    • Do I need a plumber to install the Hair Spa? 

    The plumbing is quite simple but it is highly recommended to use a professional plumber as if not installed correctly and should the unit become faulty as a result, the warranty would be voided. 

    • Will I need to connect the hair spa to hot and water? 
    The Spa will need to be connected to both hot and cold water. It does have a small heating system, however this is only for when the Spa is on the 'recycle mode'.
    It cycles and maintains the heat of the water that is cycled from the basin and out the hose continuously. However, if warm water is wanted from the tap and for when the spa isn't on the cycle mode, it will need to be plumbed to hot water.
    • Where is the Australian watermarking for the basin?

    The watermark is located on the back of the flip mixer.

    • Is freight included in the purchase price? 

    No, freight is not included despite the cart showing that you have free shipping as this applies only on beauty consumables. A freight quote will be sent once the order is received or you can inquiry for one before purchasing. Please refer to below information under "Shipping Charges"

    • Do I need to connect the Hair Spa to the plumbing?

    Ideally, you do want to connect it to the plumbing but if this is not a possibility you could use the Hair Spa without plumbing it in but it does limit its use and it is problematic to drain as there is limited space under the basin. If it was not plumbed in you would need to have a small container to drain it into and make regular trips to a sink to empty it. The access panel that you would put the container through is not overly large and why you would need to make several trips or empty it into a bucket. Not having it plumbed in would mean the water would need to be poured in from a bucket and the shower head and hose

    The recycling system will still work and the heating system will also still work.

    • Does devise switch to normal wash if need to wash foils of in sections?

    Yes the basin can be used as a normal hair washing basin as well as the head spa. There are 2 positions for the plug, one will let it drain and one will let it circulate.

    • Do I need to connect the Hair Spa to power and does it have its own hot water unit?

    Yes and yes! The hot water unit is electric (10amp plugs). Depending on the situation at the salon, a dedicated circuit may be needed as they are both heating units to avoid any potential power trip. Please consult with your electrician.

    • Can the Hair Spa being used as a beauty bed to perform any brow/lashes procedures?
    When the bed is not being used as a hair spa, it can be used as a beauty bed/massage table, depending on the customer's needs. There is a cushion section that covers the basin and converts the table into a flat bed.
    • Can the Hair Spa use fresh and recycled water?
    Yes, the unit has two settings, one for fresh water and another for recycled water.

    • What is the dimension between floor to the waste point?
    It is 31cm approx.

    Transit Insurance

    Goods will not be insured unless requested by the customer. 

    Additional delivery fee’s

    If you are not present for delivery or are not able to accept the delivery when the goods arrive, a redelivery fee of $77 may be payable. 

    Faulty or Damaged Goods

    Upon delivery, please inspect your order and notify us within 48 hours if any issues arise. We will arrange for a courier to pick up and return damaged or faulty items at our expense unless it can be repaired. Ensure all returns are in their original packaging and properly sealed.

    Change of Mind/Not Suitable

    Confirm items are appropriate and will fit required space. Should returns be necessary, freight cost and a 15% re-stocking fee for inspection and restocking will apply.
