Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes, we offer Free Express Shipping within Australia on orders above $149 (AUD) via Australia Post (Excl Furniture and Equipment).

What are your shipping costs if I order less than $149?

If your order is under $149, the freight charges are $9.99 for Standard Service and $14.99 for Express Service via Australia Post. You can choose your preferred freight option at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping on salon furniture and equipment?

The free shipping offer EXCLUDES bulky and heavy items such as FURNITURE and EQUIPMENT (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page).

The freight charges on furniture and equipment are quoted once the order is received (or prior if requested) and is passed at cost.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all beauty supplies from our warehouse located in Adelaide CBD.

Furniture and Equipment are shipped from QLD or NSW.

Do you offer free shipping on International orders?

Yes, we offer free express shipping on orders above $250 (AUD) via Express.

How much is the freight charge on international orders?

The freight charge is determined by weight and destination and it will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

We use DHL Express so we can ship to all countries that DHL operates in.

Returns Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

You can return your product but we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I process a return request?

First, the return must be accepted by us so please do not send the item back prior to receiving written confirmation from us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Karma Hair Spa is delivered in two packages. The main package weighs approximately 70kg and arrives in a large crate (212 x 82 x 91cm). The second package is a smaller box (64 x 58 x 63cm, 6kg) containing the steamer and splash hood. These packages may be delivered separately due to their size difference.
Do I need a plumber to install the Hair Spa?
While the plumbing is relatively straightforward, we highly recommend professional installation to avoid potential warranty issues.

Will I need to connect the hair spa to hot and cold water?
Yes, the spa requires both hot and cold water connections for optimal functionality. While it has a heating system for recycled water, a hot water connection is necessary for using the tap and for non-recycled water usage.
Do I need to connect the Hair Spa to the plumbing?
While plumbing is recommended for full functionality, the spa can be used without plumbing. However, this limits its use and makes draining more challenging due to limited space under the basin.
