No. Please note that our Free Shipping offer strictly excludes all furniture and equipment.

Because these are large and bulky items, a custom freight quote will be calculated and sent to you via email once your order is received. To expedite delivery, our furniture and equipment items are dispatched directly from our supplier warehouses located in QLD and NSW.

Returns & Warranty Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

We do not accept returns on furniture and equipment. Please ensure you double-check all dimensions, specifications, and colour choices prior to checking out.

We strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for a change of mind under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Please note: The ONLY official channel for submitting a damage or fault claim is via email. We do not accept, acknowledge, or process claims made through phone calls, Instagram DMs, or any other social media messaging platforms.
