Returns Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

You can return your product, but we have a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

First, the return must be accepted by us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shelf life is strictly 12 months after opening (or 3.5 years unopened). To maintain cross-contamination protocols, always handle containers with fresh-from-the-box, single-use gloved hands. Store in a stable, room-temperature environment and never leave the bottle exposed to direct UV sunlight, which can degrade the pigment's chemical binder.

Mixing & Application Protocol

Agitate the pigment vigorously for a minimum of 60 seconds (preferably on a vortex mixer) prior to dispensing. Seal the lid securely immediately after pouring to prevent solvent evaporation.
