Australian Orders

Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes, we offer Free Express Shipping within Australia on orders above $149 (AUD) via Australia Post (Excl Furniture and Equipment).

What are your shipping costs if I order less than $149?

If your order is under $149, the freight charges are $9.99 for Standard Service and $14.99 for Express Service via Australia Post. You can choose your preferred freight option at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping on salon furniture and equipment?

The free shipping offer EXCLUDES bulky and heavy items such as FURNITURE and EQUIPMENT (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page).

The freight charges on furniture and equipment are quoted once the order is received (or prior if requested) and is passed at cost.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all beauty supplies from our warehouse located in Adelaide CBD.

Furniture and Equipment are shipped from QLD or NSW.

International Orders

Do you offer free shipping on International orders?

Yes, we offer free express shipping on orders above $250 (AUD) via Express.

How much is the freight charge on international orders?

The freight charge is determined by weight and destination and it will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

We use DHL Express so we can ship to all countries that DHL operates in.

Returns Policy

Can I return a product that I purchased?

You can return your product but we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I process a return request?

First, the return must be accepted by us so please do not send the item back prior to receiving written confirmation from us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Supercilium Brow Henna 

Supercilium Medium Brown Brow Henna is the most popular shade among the brown henna collections. Our Brow Henna is made of the finest Indian henna and selected pigments to leave a beautiful medium intense brown color on eyebrows and the underlying skin.

Suitable for brunettes and Mediterranean skin types. It can also be mixed with Brow Henna of other colors to create a custom shade if desired.

Supercilium brow henna is a great alternative to regular dye. Carefully-selected pigments give sophisticated tattoo effect w/o red glow on skin/hair. Henna has been used for thousands of years to transfer color onto skin, defining brows.

Product Features:

  • One jar contains 7 grams, which is up to 56 applications
  • Skin: up to 2 weeks
  • Hairs: Up to 6 weeks

How to Use:

Remember to always perform a patch test 48H before the treatment.

  • Mixing ratio: one spoon of Supercilium Henna powder with 15-20 drops of Supercilium Color Developer. Stir well until a smooth substance is achieved. It’s important that the henna is not too runny, nor too thick
  • Use the Supercilium Prep Peel Gel to get rid of excess sebum, make-up buildup, and dead skin cells to ensure the longevity of Brow Henna treatments. Apply one drop on each eyebrow, massage it gently into the brow for 15 seconds and carefully remove it with a cotton pad with Supercilium Pro Cleanser
  • Apply a layer of henna with an angled brush. Press/stamp the paint into the eyebrow until all skin is covered, back to front as well. Make sure to create sharp lines. Correct small mistakes using a cotton swab with Supercilium Color Corrector
  • Remove product at the inside of eyebrows after 3-5 minutes for an ombre effect, with a damp-not too wet-cotton pad. If still too light, reapply and leave on for another 3-5 minutes
  • Remove the rest of the henna after 10-20 minutes. If you want to correct or lighten the brow color, use the Supercilium Color Corrector again by gently wiping over recently painted brows with a cotton swab

Pro Tips to Achieving an Amazing Henna Stain:

  • Prepping: The cleaner the brows, the better the henna penetrates into the skin. Start with a regular cleanse with Supercilium Pro Cleanser. It will help the skin cool down before the henna treatment. It will also protect the skin from dehydration. Lastly, use Supercilium Prep Peel Gel to penetrate deep into the pores giving the brows a powerful exfoliation to remove dead skin cells.
  • "The Right Mixture": This is the key to achieving the perfect henna brows. The mixture shouldn't be too runny nor too thick. Our advice for best results is:
  • For Light Colours: mix 1 scoop of henna with 15-20 drops of Supercilium Color Developer
  • For Darker Colours: mix 1 scoop of henna with 10-15 drops of Supercilium Color Developer
  • "The Secret": Our little secret for the perfect henna stain is to add Supercilium Colour Booster as it will intensify the henna stain and will extend the longevity of henna, especially for people with oily skin.
  • "Let the Henna Oxidise": Let your henna mixture sit for 5 minutes before applying it on your client. This step is vital since the henna needs time to fully oxiside and do its magic. To avoid losing any time, you can start creating the henna mixture, prepping the brows or start brow mapping while you wait for the henna to oxidise.
  • "Stamping Technique": With this technique, you are stamping the henna onto the skin with small movements. This technique, also called "pressing" is the best technique and it will allow the henna to really penetrate the skin.
  • "Layering": Another great tip is to work with several layers of henna. It is better to apply multiple thin layers than to work with a thicker one. Before applying a new layer, make sure to always wait a minute or two. This way your henna will absorb better into the hair and skin leaving your client with a beautiful and natural henna brow.
