• What’s new in the updated dye?

• Has the formula of the dye been changed?

The raw material base has been reassembled without altering the original dye recipe. The updated product line has been designed to offer you greater comfort while working with the dye. You can now expect more consistent results from the dye and developer, a tinted base for better visual control of the application, and a changed color base that will reveal new shades.

For optimal results, it is recommended to use the updated dye with the developer produced in September 2023 or later. The new raw material base of the dye and developer ensures excellent mixtures.

• What is the difference between the updated version of the developer and the previous one?

The developer produced in September 2023 and beyond has an updated raw material base resulting in improved consistency, making the new shades appear even more vibrant and intense.

• Can I mix the previous version of the dye with the updated one?

We advise against combining the new gel dyes with those from the previous line due to differences in consistency and color base. For optimal results, we recommend using the updated dye along with developer produced in September 2023 or later.

• Can I use the previous version of the developer with the updated dye?

For a more intense and vibrant tinting effect, we recommend using the updated dye with the developer.

• How can one understand that they purchased the updated dye?

To ensure that you are purchasing the new formula, you will see a sticker on the packaging.

• Has the technique of working with the dye changed?

The method for applying the dye has not changed. To achieve the best results, apply the dye in a thin layer quickly and evenly, making sure there are no gaps. Before applying, make sure to thoroughly mix the dye and developer. It is recommended that you mix the products immediately before using them, as the ready-made mixture can be stored for no longer than 20 minutes.

•  What is the exposure time for the updated dye?

The recommended exposure time depends on the individual's skin and hair types as well as the desired effect. Typically, the average time is between 7-12 minutes, with a minimum of 3-5 minutes.

•  In what proportions should one mix the products?

The Bronsun Milk-cream developer and the gel dye should be mixed in a non-metallic container in a ratio of 1:1 until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. It is recommended to use 0.5 cm of the dye and an equal amount of the developer.
