You can return your product, but we have a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
First, the return must be accepted by us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au.
If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (at your cost), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: The only official channel for submitting a damage or fault claim is via email. We do not accept or process claims through phone, Instagram or other social media messaging.
To submit your claim, please send us an email at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au explaining what the damage or issue is, and don't forget to attach clear photos of the products and packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.
The fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return the unwanted item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@lunabeautysupplies.com.au.
Swapping between different pens mid-procedure slows down your service time, interrupts your creative flow, and increases your risk of cross-contamination. When a client is paying premium rates for perfect brows, you cannot afford shaky blade transitions or loose chuck locks.
The White Crystal Dual Ended Microblading Hand Tool is a professional PMU manual pen designed to hold both flat microblading needles and round shading needles simultaneously, cutting your treatment time and maximizing your salon's hourly ROI.
| Material | Medical-grade acrylic handle with stainless steel chucks |
| Weight | 75g (balanced centre of gravity) |
| Compatibility | Flat microblading blades (sloped/U-shape) & manual round shading needles |
| Use-Case | Single-use disposable for professional hygienic standards |
| Colour | Clear acrylic with white crystal internal detailing |
"To achieve clean retention and crisp strokes, always ensure your microblading needles are locked perfectly perpendicular to the chuck. When transitioning to manual shading, use a gentle 90-degree stippling motion to deposit pigment evenly between the hairstrokes."
Twist the textured steel collar counter-clockwise to open the locking jaw. Insert your chosen blade into the cross-slot or round holder. Tighten firmly clockwise until the needle is completely immobile. As shown in the reference diagrams, ensure the blade is straight before beginning skin contact.
